At the age of 21, Biji co-founded Istanbul&I in Turkey, a groundbreaking initiative dedicated to fostering inclusivity amidst the vibrant tapestry of Istanbul’s populace. The NGO now holds more than 20 thousand members and volunteers eager to share Biji’s vision of a bias-free and multicultural Istanbul community. Championing the cause of cultural integration, Biji collaborated with luminaries such as Turkish fashion icon Ayse Brav, author and professor Itir Erhart, slavery and human trafficking documentary filmmaker Gaby Cano, world-famous super model and top10 Miss Poland finalist Agata Drywa, and professional and national basketball player Nilay Aydogan, to orchestrate impactful events like the Women’s Empowerment week, resonating deeply with audiences worldwide.

Transitioning from her role at Istanbul&I, Biji assumed various positions within Jeel Media, a leading media company based in Istanbul and Doha. Rising swiftly through the ranks as she contributed to raising a whopping $2M in revenue in the first 2 years of the start-up and winning multiple awards on her way. She eventually ascended to the role of Chief Operating Officer, steering the company to unprecedented heights of success with her strategic acumen and innovative vision.

In 2021, Biji identified a critical gap in the advertising landscape, recognizing the pivotal role of localization, content, and AI integration. Teaming up with her partner Hammad, a distinguished growth-hacking expert, she founded Pixel Punch in the UK. Pixel Punch offers bespoke strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs, leveraging cutting-edge technology to navigate the digital terrain with precision.
